You can make a booking through the Moppify site at Moppify.com. We’ll collect a few personal details (like your name and phone number), your address (so a professional is able to find your home), and your payment information (because cash is so last century). After that, we’ll send a confirmation.
Keep in mind that bookings carry a three hour minimum.
Whether or not you’re home during your booking is up to you! When you make a booking, you’ll be prompted to give your professional entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can hide a key somewhere, there’s no need for you to be home. Or, feel free to stick around during the booking. Whatever you’re most comfortable with is fine.
In any case, please don’t forget about your bookings. We’ll remind you with an email, a text message, and a push notification, but if your pro can’t get in the door by following your entry instructions, or if you aren’t home when you said you would be, you’ll be charged the full cost of the booking.
The Moppify platform is made to be flexible, but we have some rules.
Our policies are designed to promote a reliable, consistent experience for customers and pros alike.
While we know schedules can change quickly, rescheduling or skipping a booking with short notice causes professionals to lose valuable work. Therefore, fees apply when bookings are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours (but more than 2 hrs) of your booking’s start time.

We know that none of this works without putting trust, safety, and security at the forefront of every decision we make. The professionals using our platform are background-checked by a third party and rated by other customers using Moppify.
Our customer experience team is always ready to respond, and we aim to address urgent issues as soon as possible.
We know you’re busy, so the hours available on the platform are as wide as possible. Professionals can arrive as early at 7 a.m. and finish as late as 7 p.m. We stop assigning bookings at 4:00 PM daily.
Tipping is optional. If you’d like to leave a tip for a job well done, you can give the cleaner cash. $5 to $15.

Professionals using the Moppify platform are available to clean offices, but each booking will only reserve a single professional, so if it’s a large space, consider making multiple bookings. Our services are priced hourly starting at $29.99 an hour for one cleaner. Each booking has to be a minimum of three hours. If you add extra services (interior windows, refrigerator cleaning, etc.), extra time and a fee will be added to your total. To get an estimate, start making a booking and select the service you want.
Our Moppify Premium ™ cleaning plans offer automatically-scheduled cleaning services at an interval of your choice at a discounted rate. You’ll be billed for your first booking when you checkout for the first time, and subsequent bookings are billed 24 to 48 hours before the start time.

If you have your own cleaning supplies that you’d prefer your professional to use, that’s wonderful! Just let us know or let them know when they arrive.
Moppify connects you to a vast network of experienced & background-checked cleaning professionals. All of the pros working with Moppify are independent service providers that have been vetted for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Moppify pros are required to maintain high customer ratings, so you’ll always get top-notch service.
We offer cleaner support and customer support in order to maintain the highest quality experience in the market.
Do you have a furry friend? A scaled friend? An imaginary friend? It’s good practice to let your professional know in advance, because unfortunately, some people have allergies.
When you make a booking, you’ll have the option to write a note to your pro; this is the perfect spot to let them know about your pets! While we love furry friends we charge an additional $10 fee for your furry friends. Pet hair can take a bit more detail to remove so this is the reason for the fee.
Something come up? No worries. We’re flexible. Feel free to skip or reschedule any booking, for free, as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Later than that, and there is a fee, which is passed on to the professional.
For an additional fee, Moppify offers a variety of extra services to get that deep clean we all need sometimes. From the interior of the refrigerator to wiping down the windows, you can add any of these bonus services when you make a booking through the app.
Note: professionals can only perform laundry service if there’s a washer & dryer in your home.
When you make your booking we’ll prompt you to leave entry instructions and ask about extras you might want to add. If you have specific instructions or requests for how your pro cleans, you can make a note to your professional in the Moppify before checkout.
We know schedules can change quickly. Unfortunately, skipping or rescheduling at the last minute can cause your cleaning professional to lose valuable work. When you need to skip a booking within 2 hours of the scheduled start time or already in-progress, please understand that you will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the booking.

We’re sorry that your professional left without completing the task at hand. Remember all cleanings and appointments are based on time. So if you booked three hours but your cleaner needs 4 or 5 hours we will request more time. If a cleaner needs more time we will normally let you know while the cleaner is in your home. Please make sure you rate the pro; a rating below three stars will prevent our system from matching you with this pro in the future.
