Moppify was founded when our founder moved into a new building in Downtown Los Angeles. The problem was most cleaners were nowhere to be found and going through a professional company is usually very expensive. It was at that moment was created. Why not offer affordable high-quality cleaning services to people in need? Why not connect the cleaners looking for work with the clients who need cleaning? It’s such an easy problem to solve.
We know talking to a human is a lot better than submitting a ticket and getting an auto response. So we offer client and cleaner support. There is a balance we need to uphold in order for everyone to have a pleasant experience. We get it!
We believe the happier the cleaner the better they clean. We have a full-time support staff for our cleaners. If our cleaner needs entry instructions or has any issue whatsoever we encourage them to give us a call. We are here for our customers and our cleaners at any point in time.
Moppify Management have made things so easy. I send them bookings as they come in and they handle the rest. The best part is most of their fee is charged to the guest booking the stay! I cannot believe I used to have to worry about things like ordering toilet paper and soap before. This is seriously an Airbnb Hosts dream come true.
